TERMS OF SERVICE
1. Copyright & Intellectual Property1.1. The Artist retains all copyright and ownership rights to all artwork created.1.2. Commissioned artwork may not be used for AI training, machine learning datasets, image generation systems, or any other artificial intelligence-related purposes under any circumstances.1.3. Unless otherwise agreed upon, the Artist reserves the right to display commissioned artwork on social media platforms, in portfolios, promotional materials, publications, and future self-promotion.1.4. Fanart commissions may be reproduced by the Artist as physical prints, merchandise, or other products for sale at the Artist’s discretion.2. Pricing2.1. All listed prices are base prices and are subject to change depending on the complexity of the commission.2.2. Additional fees may apply for intricate character designs, detailed props, complex backgrounds, multiple characters, gore, non-human features, or other special requirements.2.3. A final quote will be provided before work begins.3. Commission Acceptance3.1. The Artist reserves the right to decline any commission request for any reason, including projects that fall outside the Artist’s interests, comfort level, or current skill set.4. References4.1. Clients are expected to provide clear visual references whenever possible.4.2. Commissions based solely on written descriptions may incur additional design fees or be declined.4.3. Comprehensive references allow the Artist to accurately fulfill the commission and minimize misunderstandings during the process.5. Process & Turnaround Time5.1. Clients should allow up to three (3) months for commission completion in the event of unforeseen circumstances, scheduling conflicts, illness, or other delays.5.2. The Artist prioritizes quality and attention to detail and may require additional time to ensure the highest standard of work.5.3. Rush orders or commissions with specific deadlines may be accepted at the Artist’s discretion and will be subject to additional fees.5.4. Progress updates are generally provided during the sketch stage and final review stage.5.5. Clients are welcome to request updates if no update has been provided for an extended period.6. Revisions6.1. Up to three (3) revisions during the sketch stage and final stage are included free of charge.6.2. Major alterations requested after sketch approval/finished artwork may be refused or incur additional fees.6.3. Additional revisions beyond the included amount may be charged based on complexity and required labor.7. Sharing & Display7.1. Clients may repost and share commissioned artwork for personal use.7.2. Proper credit to the Artist is appreciated when sharing artwork publicly.8. Refund Policy8.1. Refunds are not available once the sketch has been approved and work has progressed beyond the sketch stage.8.2. Each refund request is reviewed individually and handled on a case-by-case basis.8.3. If a refund is approved, the Artist will retain a minimum of 25% of the total commission price. This amount covers administrative work, communication, project planning, time reserved for the commission, the Client's place in the queue, and other business-related costs associated with accepting and managing the project.8.4. By purchasing a commission, the Client acknowledges that commissioned artwork is a luxury service and that payment secures the Artist's time, labor, and place in the queue.9. Payment9.1. Full payment is required before work on the commission begins.9.2. Payments are processed through Ko-fi using PayPal as the payment method.9.33. The commission will not be considered reserved until payment has been successfully received.By submitting payment, the Client confirms that they have read and agreed to the Artist's Terms of Service.
How to Commission
If you'd like to commission me, please send your request by email and include:1. The type of commission you'd like (headshot, half-body, full-body, character sheet, etc.)
2. Visual references of the character(s)
3. A short description of the character and any important details
4. Background requirements (if any)
5. Any additional information that may help me understand your request.Make sure to include all necessary information in your initial email. Requests that lack important details or references may be declined.Visual references are highly preferred.
References do not need to be professionally drawn. Any visual guide that clearly communicates the character's appearance is welcome (moodboards, Pinterest collages, sketches, hand-drawn concepts, etc.)If your character does not have a clear reference and I need to design or interpret significant parts of the character myself, additional design fees may apply.
